Privacy Policy

1. About This Policy

Realbook ("the App") is an ebook reader developed and operated by an individual developer ("I", "me", "my"). This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and what rights you have.

I take a minimal-data approach. The App does not require an account, email address, or password. Most features work entirely offline. Imported books, reading progress, bookmarks, highlights, and settings remain on the device.

11. CCPA / CPRA Notice (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have additional rights. The App does not sell personal information as defined by CCPA. This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or the Play Store listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
